Each patient must be referred to The Pain Centre by his or her General
Physician or Third Party Payer.
Prior to referral, please review the
General Admission Criteria and program
details. If you believe your patient would benefit from attending The Pain Centre, send the patient details along with a complete medical summary
and copies of any specialist reports and previous investigations to the
Centre.
