The Pain Centre is a division of the Mental Health Program and is located on the 2nd floor of the historic Burrard Building of St. Paul’s Hospital.

Since its inception in 1986, The Pain Centre at St. Paul’s Hospital has served as a pain treatment and management resource for patients throughout British Columbia and the Yukon. Each year, approximately 1000 new patients are assessed, 7000 follow-up visits and 2000 medical procedures are scheduled.
